EXCHANGE POLICY

After Midnight Jewelry takes the utmost care in maintaining and quality checking all of our pieces to the highest standards. With that being said, when an item is shipped and how it is handled is now out of our control. For this reason we offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date of receipt.

Due to the placement of some jewelry on your body and the intimacy of some of the pieces we CAN NOT offer refunds or returns outside the realm of damaged or defective pieces.

Please send photos of packaging and damaged products to aftermidnight.jewelry1@gmail.com to begin the exchange process.

• Exchange for the SAME item

• Must have followed the steps within our 30-day policy (email, photos, approval)

• We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds

• Are considered FINAL SALE

• All items purchased with a promotional code are considered FINAL SALE

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER

• An order can NOT be cancelled once it has been shipped

To return your product (after discussion and confirmation via email), we will then send the proper address to return your items to, via email.

Please note YOU will be responsible for your own shipping costs incurred for returning your item. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE
